WHEN

Clients often ask us: “When should we call you in to help us?”.

There is no simple answer to this question, other than to inevitably say: “The earlier the better.”.

It is always easier to form opinion than change it.

Once opposition has formed, either in the minds of decision-makers or in the organisation of a local NIMBY group, it will always be more difficult to win.

But by seeking advice early, it does not necessarily mean that you will always need a full-on campaign.

As the Captain of the Titanic might have noted after the event, a slight adjustment earlier on the Bridge would have avoided the iceberg.
